Arganosa Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Within 30 days of purchase, we can offer refunds on unopened products in their original condition. 

After 30 days from the original purchase, Arganosa will, unfortunately, be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund, return your unopened and undamaged merchandise in the original packaging and we will give you a full refund, minus shipping costs, which are non-refundable. 

If for some reason your purchase becomes lost-in-transit (verified by USPS tracking), Argonasa will provide you with a full refund. 


To complete your return, and receive your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can find this in the confirmation email you will receive when your purchase is processed by Arganosa. 


Arganosa is happy to provide you with a return shipping label (sent via email), or you can choose to ship the item(s) back on your own. Please note, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.   


To initiate a return: 


1.  Email: contact@arganosa.com with the following information: 

- Contact Information (Name, Email Address, Phone Number)

- Order Number and Order Date (found on purchase confirmation email. 


2.  Once received, our team will immediately send you a return shipping label via email. If you choose to ship the return back on your own, make sure to get a tracking number and send it to us via email, as this is your proof of return. 


3. Mail your return to Arganosa using the shipping label provided. Please make sure to include your original purchase receipt:

4.  Once your return is received by Arganosa, you will receive a confirmation email and we will immediately process your refund via the original method of payment. Please note, it can take up to a full billing cycle (30 days) for the refund to show on some credit card statements.

 If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us at contact@arganosa.com .Defective products may only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description of your setup (including photos if available), and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a defective product, we will exchange the product as needed. 

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary. 

 Damaged in Shipment 

 Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to Arganosa within 14 days of receipt of the product.If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at contact@arganosa.com right away. 

Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
